When it comes to auto-approval of bookings, there is a setting within CareVision that allows you to ignore a booking's location. An auto-approval usually occurs when a staff is within the right location and is within both the staff time and duration tolerance. This is the option within the settings you need to look at (and turn off) if your organization does not need to check the location just to approve the booking.

How to turn location auto-approval in the timesheet settings of CareVision:


1. In the CareVision portal, go to the left-hand side of the main menu bar and scroll down to the "Settings" icon. Choose "General Configuration" and scroll down to "Timesheet Settings".
2. Toggle it "on" (after which it will turn pink) or "off" depending on your organisation's need/preference.
